Our roasting process is a blend of art and science. It’s methodical and it’s magic, designed to bring out the best in every batch.

We use state-of-the-art drum roasters that allow us to control every aspect of the process – temperature, airflow, timing, the lot. We roast each coffee individually to highlight its unique characteristics, whether it’s the delicate tropical fruit notes of Ethiopian beans or the sweet chocolate and caramel notes of Colombian coffee. Call it overkill, but we use industry-leading software to monitor and record every roast. That way you get consistently delicious coffee every time. And we intentionally rest our coffee just long enough to allow the flavours to reach their peak.This isn’t the bland, mass-produced stuff you’ll find on supermarket shelves. It’s small-batch specialty coffee, roasted with care and intention. It’s fresh, quality coffee that’s packed with flavour. It’s coffee that goes the whole nine yards.
